Multiple Frames operates on a project-based model. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project and services delivered.
If a project is cancelled before work begins, a full refund of the upfront payment is issued minus a 10% administrative fee.
If cancelled during execution, refunds are calculated based on the percentage of work completed. No refund is available once deliverables have been submitted.
Third-party costs (media buying, printing, venue bookings, influencer fees) are non-refundable once committed.
All disputes should be raised within 14 days of delivery. Contact info@multipleframes.com with your invoice number and reason for dispute.
